You need to undergo complete blood checkup , ecg , x Ray HIV,Hbsag,VDRL etc tests and get clearance with a certified doctor that you are not carrying any infection or communicable disease.
You can do it by urselves and den can show it to doctors for clearance or can consult 1st.

Better to avoid for few days if you have any infections like cough , cold , fever till it get settles so that you get a clear report if you have time.
