Medical abortion
I had medical abortion 14 days back. I got ultrasound done today and it says fluid is found in endometrium. Am I supposed to go for surgical abortion or or it shall be removed with my next menstrual cycle

Dear Practo user,
One cannot comment properly on your query. If you don't have any symptoms at present and there is nothing else seen in the endometrial cavity on ultrasound, you can wait for the next menstrual period to come.
Next Steps
If the period doesn't come in time or you have symptoms like fever, pain lower abdomen etc., consult Gynaecologist.
