The first report is a Sonography report which shows that some pieces of pregnancy are in the uterus.
The second paper is the description of the procedure to remove the pieces from inside the uterus.
After that the uterus is empty. You should expect your next period by 15 July

There are retained products in the first report you sent. Either have clean manually or use medicines and see.
