Medial Meniscus Tear
There is horizontal tear in posterior horn of MEDIAL MENISCUS. Do she need to undergo surgery ? Or it can be cured by any medication or physiotherapy?

you are not justify grade of tear if this is in grade i or ii then it manage by immobilization and physiotherapy along with medication. grade ii depends up on precaution and treatment. if its in grade iii then go for surgery do not wait..
