Meatus problem
I have a meatus condition that I cannot explain. It looks like it is swollen and area below it looks black. It just occured one day. I feel no pain or itching or irritation. My sugar and urine reports are normal. I never had any intercourse. I have been taking antifungal medicines for a month but still no improvement. Please help.
