According to me Stop milk from 8amto 8pm and give semisolid Diet like dal daliya khichdi rice ALU kela upama halwa rab kadi patoliya idli poha satu etc etc
For your knowledge 100ml milk give 70 calories,100mljuice give 55 calories and 100gm of semisolid Diet gives 350calories
