CT findings reveal evidence of multiple fracture involving the wall of the left frontal sinus,left lamina papyracea,left zygomatic arch,walls of the maxillary sinus and roof,lateralwall& floor of the left orbit with herniation of the extraconal far trough the fractured floor.No herniation or impingement of inferior rectus muscle is seen however the inferior rectus muscle shows vertical orientation

U have to visit oral and maxillofacial surgeon.. without clinical evaluation like mouth opening,eye ball movement it's difficult to decide treatment plan.. u may need orbital reconstruction or zygomatic arch elevation but only after clinical evaluation....
