Hi docs
I'm a 28 years male and I was addicted to masturbation since age 15. I used to masturbate 3 or 4 times a week in the past. But for a month now I have completely stopped watching porn and masturbation which is causing these things. Low libido, weaker erection in the morning. Is this normal after stopping porn and masturbation. Also please suggest what needs to be done to recover from the side effects of masturbation and porn and to gain sexual power
