Masturbation
If I stop masturbation. What are the benefits I will get? I am currently doing 2 times a week. Is there any benefit for our body and mind? Please explain. And what are right ways to stop it? Please explain that too. Because we feel depressed n empty or unhappy if we don't get sex for a long period of time? Thnx

Ur absolutely right. Sex is a basic need. You can't be deprived of that. So I suggest ....the way Ur going on is not a issue. If you still want to stop ... Start medication for reducing impulsivity n hyper arousal. Stop the cycle of pornography addiction. Start a new hobby. Don't stay alone. When not under control go to publish place . Many more such simple distractions.

Masturbation is healthy process. Penis is made up of muscle tissue and masturbation is an exercise for penis to strengthen it.As you are doing exercise in gym to strengthen your body muscles... Whenever you are doing sex, semen discharge from penis occurs as if you do in masturbation. Difference : in masturbation, you are using hand and in sex it is done in vagina. Once in 2 3 days is normal, but more than once in a day is harmful.
