Masturbation
Hi sir i masturbate twice a week for 30 mins using start and stop method and deep breathing.. I use slower strokes and sometimes faster hands . Is it good? I do breathing exercises(pranayama) 4days for 45 minutes. My weight is 65-67kgs n height 5.5 inch. Thanku sir

Masturbation is healthy process. Penis is made up of muscle tissue and masturbation is an exercise for penis to strengthen it.As you are doing exercise in gym to strengthen your body muscles... Whenever you are doing sex,semen discharge from penis occurs as if you do in masturbation. Difference : in masturbation,you are using hand and in sex it is done in vagina. Once in 2 3 days is normal,but more than once in a day is harmful.

Hi It's good all . This exercise is advisable for premature ejaculation. If you like to add more to that ..do pause and squeeze , which also more effective than start and stop .
