Masturbation addiction
I am addicted to masturbation for more than 10 years and I can't get rid of it by myself, it is getting harder nowadays coz I don't have a job now and I feel very exhausted and mentally painful to find another job. I can't focus on anything other than stimulation for masturbation these days and I was working in a job a year before there I can't work coz of many things twisting my head I can't concentrate on work and I want to do something meaningful but I can't find one. Last year I went through a panic attack with lot of painful experience which added little more painful memories and also I was into spirituality thought it could change me and started meditating but still haven't seen much of difference but still doing meditation and eating siddha medicine from youtube to recover but I am not satisfied with that.I want better solutions to get better so I don't know which doctor or doctors should I reach out.I am a victim of child abuse when I was 3-6 years of age i don't know exactage.
