HELLO SIR I AM DOING MASTRUBATION LAST 3 YEAR IN THAT STARTING PERIOD I DO 4/5 TIME A DAY WHEN I WAS 16 YEARS OLD.BUT I STOPPED IT NOW AND DO IT TWICE IN A MONTH I GOT STRONG ERRECTIONS SOMETIMES AND SOMETIMES NOT.AND SIR WHEN I MASTRUBATE I DISCHARGE VERY QUICKLY IN DOES THAT LEFT ANY EFFECT ON MY SEX LIFE.AND SOMETIMES I GOT PAIN IN MY LOWERR PART OF MY STOMACH .SO PLEASE SUGGEST SOMTHING GOOD..I VERY AFFRAID AND SCARED.

Hi, pls don't worry just improve ur routine with respect to diet n exercise. That will help but if u feel still there r issues then consult me online or visit sexologist near u.
