Masterbation
Hi am 30 yrs old, from the early ages I started masterbating. Now from few days I felt I am losing strength n grip. Can any one suggest is masterbation is bad and how to regain the strength n grip. Thanks

Masturbation is a normal sexual activity that doesn't have any effect on your sexual health

✓Before moving directly to any treatment follow the advice as given below. Don't develop excessive masturbation guilt. ✓ Consult online on practo for the detailed Evaluation and Formal assessment. ✓You are indeed developing signs of ED - erectile dysfunction and PME- premature ejaculation. You also suffer from exaggerated masturbation guilt. Around 90% males start masturbation before the age of 14. Rest 8-9 % start after age 14. Virtually every man masturbates.
