Mastaliga sharp, mild pain in breast

I have sharp shocking and mild pain daily in left side of breast it is becoming wrist before period starts and I have done ecg , mamography,scanning but doctors said a small cysts is their both the breast she gave me some vitamin tablets and B long tablet can I use it all reports are normal except cyst
