Mandibular angle fracture ( linear)
My friend has a fractured jaw, and right now we cant afford a surgery, and ive been researching online. how can we heal a fracture by not going thru surgery? there's only 1 fracture in the angle. surgery is not in our options right now, how can we heal it effectively?

Hello The fractures of the jaw can be treated by open (surgery) or closed (IMF) reduction.If the fracture is favorable then you can get Inter maxillary fixation done by oral and maxillofacial surgeon asap.After IMF the Patient won't be able to open his mouth for a month or so and can have liquid diet.
