For migraine prophylaxis you can take riboflavin plus magnesium supplement after consulting with your psychiatrist.
Medication wise you can select clomipramine or dothiepine to manage ocd and migraine both.
For acute attack of migraine pain you should take mild pain killer like brufen and naproxen before going to triptan.
