Malocclusion is not a disease it is the improper arrangement of teeth, you should visit to orthodontist for treatment and take advice whether you have not other dental problems other than this Thank You

Malocclusion itself is not a disease. However if not treated can lead to some disease.

Don't know about the Navy rules but I can assure that the malocclusion can be corrected by braces treatment.u have to take it for 1 yr min to max of 2 yrs. Its not a disease but this is simply disturbances in alignment of the teeth.
