Males pattern baldness
Hello I have male pattern hairloss as per my dermitologist, and she recommended me a medicine and hair lotion with hair shampoo, she recommnded me prp 8-10 sessions. I know all about prp and hair transplant which i am planning to do as well , just dont know how should i go about the entire treatment , what should i do first and what later . 1. Should i do transplant first followed by prp along with medication 2. Should i do some sessions of prp first ( to make hair thicker) and then go for hair transplant so that haur grow back thicker 3. Or should i do just either of 1 4. Or is money is not a constraint , but i wish to have a good think hair growth which fills my entire head. [ attched my head pics for review ]

IMHO, you may not need a hair transplant. Medications and PRP should suffice. The treatment typically consists of usage of oral medication (Finasteride) and topical lotion (Minoxidil in 5% strength). One needs to be patient with the treatment protocol as it takes months to see initial improvement. Minoxidil is recommended by US-FDA for indefinite usage. Certain dermatologists supplement biotin, hair serum and advice procedures like PRP therapy which may accelerate the rate of hair growth. PRP needs multiple sessions (4-6) roughly at 6 weeks intervals. PRP therapy is increasingly being accepted by dermatologists all over the world. You can read more about MPB and hair transplant if you wish.
