My Brother suffer from low sperm count,his sperm count 8million and it tested on 6months ago,he egarly need a child. So what to do,plz suggest.. please

What work do he do? Do he have any addictions? We can go with proper ayurvedic medicine to increase his sperm count amd motility so that he can make his wife pregnant
