Excessive masturbation will not lead to infertility though the amount of semen/ejaculate can get reduced. Masturbation is completely normal. Taking anti-TB medicine doesnt show infertility as a side effect generally. Circumcision can benefit you by reducing the change of cancer but doesnt affect infertility in any way.
Next Steps
Do a semen analysis to know if you are really infertile or just having a lot of anxiety

Masturbation has nothing to do with infertility. TB, yes genital TB, is one of the cause of male infertility. Consult an expert with ur recent seman examination. Also need complete evaluation of ur wife by an gynaecologist, for achieving pregnancy.
