Male Child 8 Years having Freq Seizures
Male child 8 Years has frequent complaint of stomach ache and next day he suffers from repeated seizures and tremors . Almost unconscious state post these seizures. Forehead appears greenish during this phase. Trigger is stress, less intake of water, over exertion, food with preservatives ( chocolates, packed juices etc.). Sees flashes of light traveling during seizures. Often accompanied by fever. EEG Test has not confirmed any findings. High value of Vitamin B12 detected. Other regular tests show values within limits

Need to see pediatric neurologist .. he will guide you best. May need video EEG / sleep EEG and neuro imaging like MRI, to reach to diagnosis.. If possible make a video recording of seziure event, if it occurs again (hopefully it do not ). Rarely pseudoseizures also to be ruled out.
