I have been taking the antidepressant FLUoxetine daily for a few months now but at times it doesn't work or creates more agitation or aggression. Without it i am very moody withdrawn or aggressive but i am starting to believe that there is another underlying problem because its either i have suicidal thoughts or intent of self harm or i want to hurt those around me. Do you know what could possibly be the cause?

Listening to your complaints I suggest you have a clinical Counselling or Psychotherapy session. You could also take Homoeopathic treatment because it will help in curing your problems without any aggravation and side effects . Do you have a family history of any such mental disorder. You could be suffering from depression along with bipolar disorder . But for proper diagnosis would require a proper medical history.
Next Steps
Consult Homoeopath and a psychotherapist
Health Tips
Engage in mindfulness and deep breathing exercises
