ARMD is old age related problem, you have been diagnosed as dry type, you need further investigation,., so that it's progress may delayed, you should take tab antioxidant once daily but it's role is l not clear still it is advised.

The macular degeneration , wet or dry requires further investigations like OCT of macula, where we can check the cause of blurring.
Next Steps
you van go to any eye institute/hospital where they have good equipment for retina or retina department
