This depends upon a lot of factors. The simple non medical ones for your understanding would be What is your Blood pressure currently and what was it before you started your medicine ? Also whether, there is any additional co morbidity or not  . What is the target BP your doctor is trying to achieve...

It regulates a function that controls BP. If you are just starting to take the tablet. You can monitor BP 12hrly at home with a machine. Very rarely will it cause low Bp Only take this tablet if you have high bp For any further questions, contact me on Practo
