Hi, eat small frequent meals. Make sure there is some good source of carb in each meal like rice or roti or potato. Have mix of dried fruits daily. Take 2 bananas and 2 dates daily. Have good protein sources like sprouts, milk,curd, paneer, pulses, eggs, lean chicken etc. For a more personalized diet plan ping me on personal chat.
