Dear Dr I have attached my mother brain MRI please confirm to me surgery is must or not my mother have no pain no vertigo no seizures ..this MRI suggest because my mother has pain in ear Dr want check she is suffering from TN or not .but my mother is suffering from fibromyalgia rometeologist . confirm this ...other wise brain mRI not done by dr so my concern is that please check report and tell me brain surgery is must or not required

It's a benign brain tumor which is compressing on brain.
Ideally it should be operated if brain compression is there.
