Is this serious ? I had viral fever a month back after that I was suffering from cold and runny nose and having lower back.pain and mild stomach pain recently had blood test report shows values lymphocytes 46 %(20%-40%) neutrophils 45% ( 50%-70%) mentioned in subject...plz suggest is this serious.

Hi! Prima facie, first abnormal result is not considered to be serious unless it is an outlier.
Therefore, suggest you to repeat the blood test after a week from some accredited Laboratory.
