Hello dear,
The condition is called as lymphocytosis ( can be reactive lymphocytosis due to infection or inflammation). If it persists for longer duration and or if the count raises furthermore, its worrisome. Otherwise not a major issue and can be just monitored. Platelet count is absolutely normal. I need to see the complete blood picture, absolute lymphocyte count and peripheral smear to opine further. Can be a laboratory error if the test done as a part of routine general check up in a stable person without symptoms.
