Lymph nodes swelling

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I had sex with someone 2 months ago, It was protected sex and condom didn't break. But ever since then I have developed swollen Lymph nodes under my armpits. I have had 6-7 swollen lymph nodes. Each swelling ended in 4-5 days. Recently my doctor said that I have allergic bronchitis. Can that be the reason? I am worried.
