Greetings Doctor
My friend (25 year male) has a pus filled painless lymph node swelling on supraclavicular area.
Can a pus-filled lump be cancerous?
Please tell.
Thanks

Yes it can be, lymph nodes filled with pus are usually due to infection and TB. Supracalvicular lymph node can be due problem or cancer in lungs or stomach or even uterus. Biopsy can only confirm.
