Lymph node throat, stomach. Help me.

Felt smthg stuck in throat a day.Felt chills and got fever that night.Next day there was blood in sputum.it continued for three days. My doctor suggested to do a chest X-Ray. The report showed that there was liquid in left lung some markings in in bilateral lung fields.He gave me anti-biotics.was no blood in sputum but there was yellowish sputum.after one week there was some irritation in throat. I went to ENT specialist.The doctor ruled out throat cancer but said it was some kind of infection and said it will go away after some days. My other doctor did a UT scan and said the liquid is gone.but the throat is red and sore for two months now. During all this time I experienced red eyes with discharge in eyes,body chills .i was very stressed and anxious becomes of it I lost 4 kgs of weight. Now I have lymph node in neck and abdomen.please please help me.
