  3. Lymph node. Sick i am perfectly fine.

It doesn't hurt or anything, but I felt a little bump on the side of my neck and it isn't really large or anything. You really don't notice it unless you touch it. I just want to know if this is any cause for concern and no I am not sick I am perfectly fine.
