I have a lymph node it can be felt only palpable i don't know since when it was there i found it out while neck massaging above shoulder right side of neck and it moves along my finger when i push it and then comes back to its position I don't have any other symptoms then i went for an usg it showed (small subacutaneous reactive benign node along Rt posterolateral aspect of neck measuring 6.5mm )is it normal

Hi. A single lymph node in the neck, less than 1cm which is freely mobile is usually not something to worry about. And since the USG also mentions that it is benign reactive node, it could just mean a mild infection. Watch out for any increase in the size, pain, or decrease in the mobility of the swelling.
