Lvh reversal
I am maintaining bp control of below 130/85, however echo parameters are unchanged (IVS, PWT) over last 1 year. 1)Does lvh regress with good bp control , if yes how much time it takes to regress. 2)What additional measures can I take to reverse lvh ? 3)How much exercise Is recommended with lvh , I am doing 10k steps daily Thank you in advance.
