Dear sir/madam,
I have attached MRI scan of my father. Doctors told there is tumour at the lung that spreaded to the bones in spinal guard and skull. Could you please advise me what treatment should I give next to my father. Right now he can't able to sit he always lieing on the bed. He also affected by HIV. So kindly advise me what shud i do next.

He is suffering from metastatic lung cancer, and need urgent attention because of the vertebral fracture. He would need back brace and neurosurgical intervention or radiotherapy may be needed. Please get an orthopaedic or neurosurgeon opinion for cord decompression and spine stabilisation

Involve orthopaedic surgeon to opine on fixing the vertebra.
