hi dear, You are having condition called multiple lipomatosis Lipoma is the most common benign soft tissue growth. It is a growth of fat cells usually found just below the skin.  Lipomas are most commonly found on the trunk, neck, upper thighs, upper arms. Lipomas grow slowly and diagnosed on examination and by history Since lipomas are noncancerous, they do not require any treatment. However, if a lipoma becomes bothersome, infected, or continues to grow, you may chose to have it removed. The following is video demonstration of innovative technique by Dr.Harikiran chekuri  , board certified cosmetic surgeon from HYDERABAD by which he can remove all the lipomas with no scars. Hope this video will be helpful for persons suffering from this problem To start, lipoma infiltrated with local anaesthesia followed by suctioning . This helps in about 50% Lipoma volume reduction. The remnant Lipomas are squeezed removed through small nicks. you can visit our website for further information   www.redefineu.in.  you can watch this youtube link of lipoma removal  procedure performed at our center  https://youtu.be/sv0fdtr-aci
