Lumps Under Skin

For 2 years I have lumps under my skin and some doctors says this is not a problem but they are growing in size and numbers. I feel no pain and other problem but these lumps increase in size under the skin of legs, hand and back. So I think it may be a problem. Give me the suggestion to get rid of it.
