Lumps on Skin - itchy and painful

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been having these lumps or boils all over my body. These usually stay for couple of hours and vanish. But they tend to itch a lot and swell upon rubbing them.. I am not sure if this is a skin infection or food allergies. Please advise
