Lumps in right side of the neck

Asked for Female, 56 Years

My mother ,aged 56, has a lump in right side in the neck. She had been trating from last 10 month but the problem remains the ssame.she does not feel any pain or other things except that looks something elevated in the neck. I am looking for the best possible solution at the earliest.
