Lumps in breast

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Previously I had lumps in breast...I consult my gyne and she gave me vitamin e tabs and with that those lumps got dissolved...now again there are few lumps in my breast and now one of them is paining... Can it be a serious one? Or can it be treated with the same prescription?
