Greetings ,it can be lipomas but can't be sure without seeing.Lipomas are normally harmless deposit of fat under the skin and they commonly occur in the neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, arms and thighs. Lipomas rarely cause problems, although they may occasionally be tender or painful. Usually, a doctor can easily recognize lipomas, and no tests are required for diagnosis.
