  4. Lump under left side of jaw. Concerned!

Lump under left side of jaw
My 12 year old son has a large bump under his jaw on the left side. It started small and today is the size of an orange. It is solid and hard and he says it doesn't hurt. He has a loose tooth and recently had his teeth cleaned and lower retainer removed. Should I be concerned
