Lump under armpit

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I've had a lump in my left armpit. Recently it has started to smell. The smell is different from the right armpit but there is no discharge. But when I sweat the smell is prominent. I've had a hysterectomy in 1999, and my meternal aunt died of breast cancer. I am in my late forties.
