Lump under armpit

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hi, I'm male and 24 years old. I've been having a lump under my right armpit since the past few months with some pungent yellow colour pus oozing out, occasionally accompanied with blood. The lump in itself is quite painful to touch. Can you please suggest what the problem might be ?
