Lump tongue
I have a small lump in the left side of my tongue and it really isn't changing color. I can't notice it when I look at my tongue but I can feel it when I squeeze my tongue with my fingers. Could it be cancer if it isn't growing and I have no sores? If not ehat could it be?

Absence of symptoms whether change of colour or presence of pain or discomfort or oral ulcerations is not the only criteria for the confirmation diagnosis of oral cancer. And more importantly, please do not jump to such diagnosis in a haste because even an oral pathologist will require a biopsy report to confirm the diagnosis. The most prudent step would be to visit am oral pathologist for a proper clinical evaluation so that the right diagnosis can be established and the right treatment can be suggested to you. Regards
