  4. Lump, pain in armpit. I need to take?

Lump,pain in armpit
I have a lump in my left armpit, about half the size of a table tennis ball. It pains a lot and the pain is like sharp stabs. Also, my left breast pains a lot from the inside; starts from the nipple and goes somewhere inside. Sometimes sharp electrical stabs, and sometimes, medium to dull continuous ache that doest go away for at least a couple of hours. Which doctor specialises in this field? What tests would I need to take? Thanks in advance.
