Lump on top of left testis
1 month before I felt a testis much larger than second one, swollen scrotum and also uncomfortable due to it. After 8-10 days, getting normal size of scrotum and testis but I found a hard lump on top of my left testis.

Lump in scrotum needs evaluation. I will just mention that it can be
1. Hydrocele (fluid collection)
2. Varicocele (fluid in vasa)
3. Infection of scrotum (sebaceous cyst) Or access
4. Tumors
Visit general surgeon and get evaluated
