Swealling below testis
Sir from last 3 years my father has swealling below left testis area the swealling is compressible means when I press it pressed little bit the size is medium size means when he wear half pant some sort of swealling noticable by other person when I asked him he told it is hydrocele but I looked at Google it is symptoms of testicular cancer please advise it is testicular cancer or hydrocele

Get a ultrasound of the scrotum as well as the abdomen and pelvis. Serum PSA also Based on the ultrasound meet a surgical oncologist or a urologist for the needful
