Lump on the left testis

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Good evening doctor. Yesterday, I encountered a small lump on my left testis (bottom) . I got a bit nervous about it and was told n a dellimma what to do. But after 15-20 min it got shrinked and again I got in a dellimma ,and till today's 2o' clock, it was alright. There was no sigh of lump on the testicles, but at 3, when I checked for a while, it again risened till 5 pm. After that it got shrinked and now there is no sign of it. So doctor I am very confused and concerned about how to deal with
