Lump on outer right cheek near chin
I have a pimple sort of hard lump on my outer right lower cheek near the chin. I am smoker, hence worried. The lump has been there for 2+'weeks and has turned purplish dark. Please advice/help

If its on the outer side then it could be acne. Visit a dermatologist
